The Bug's Ear accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, washed or smoke, deodorant & perfume free and with all original tags attached for refund as stated below. During COVID-19, we are NOT accepting returns on apparel and accessories.
Review orders before submitting. Changes or cancellations cannot be made to an order once submitted.
Online Returns must be postmarked to The Bug's Ear within ten (10) days of the original purchase date. (Bogg Bag items are final sale and not rleligible for returns.) Upon receiving your return, The Bug's Ear will issue a refund in the original form of payment provided they meet the requirements stated. Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s).
In-Store Returns must be returned to The Bug's Ear within ten (10) days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return, The Bug's Ear will issue an In-Store credit provided they meet the requirements stated.
BOGG BAG RETURNS: We do NOT accept returns on Bogg Bag items. No exceptions. This includes in store and online purchases.
• Any discounted items or sale items.
• Items purchased at trunk shows or special events.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you did not request a cancellation, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.
To return your item:
- Repack the item in it's original packaging.
- Include invoice (or photocopy) of item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.
- Consider insuring your purchase in case it is lost or damaged in transit. The Bug's Ear cannot be responsible that do not arrive at the store.

Refunds will be issued within five (5) days of receipt of your return. An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and refunded by The Bug's Ear.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Items returned that do not meet the contingencies stated in our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Damages or Incorrect Item: If you have received the wrong product or a damaged item please email us or give us a call so we can resolve this as soon as possible. Any damaged items purchased online must be reported as damaged within 3 days of receipt and prior to use of the item. Tags must still be attached and in new, sellable condone. No exceptions.
BOGG BAG PURCHASES: We currently only receive enough product to meet 3 large/original Bogg Bags per customer/household. If you need more for a certain occasion, we will do our best to meet your needs. Please contact us via email, email@example.com or call 270-982-2700. Any excessive orders will be refunded based on order history and charged a 10% restocking fee. This is strongly enforced.
