Shipping

Shipping rates:  We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $30.  Courier delays are possible and should be expected during the high peak times.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock. In the event an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email.  Special order items may take additional time. We use USPS or UPS.  A tracking number will be provided for all purchases so you will know exactly when your Bug's Ear package will arrive!  

Review your order before submitting.  Changes and cancellations cannot be made to an order once submitted. 

FREE Shipping for all orders over $30.

Normal shipping fees are $4 for orders under $30. 

Priority/Expedited via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS (2-4 business days)  - $18 

Express (2-3 days) shipping available at checkout - $39

Local Pickup - Please leave comment at checkout for local pickup.  You will be refunded any shipping fee.  

If my tracking number says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it, what do I do?  We cannot be held responsible for missing/stolen packages if tracking says delivered to final location. Please contact the mail carrier with the tracking number and they will be able to track down the missing parcel.

Please comment on your order if you have a special request.  We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen products once items are shipped.  If your package requires being left in a specific place, please add to comments or consider shipping to another location.  

Extended delays from USPS and UPS are still possible.  Including staffing shortages, freight issues, and every other excuse we've all heard, and not the responsibility of The Bug’s Ear.  However, we do our very best to get it shipped promptly on our end in hopes it arrives as soon as possible.

Shipping rates to Hawaii,  Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam: We are not currently shipping outside the 48 US states.  

International Shipping:  We are not currently shipping outside of the 48 United States.  

Verification of Address:  If for any reason we cannot verify an address through USPS or UPS, you will be notified via email.  A refund will be issued if validated address cannot be obtained.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us should it seem necessary. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that do. not use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
